Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for all HR and labour relations globally (South Africa, London and New York)
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure positive workplace cultures across locations
  • Design, oversee and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs across all locations
  • Lead on recruitment processes
  • Lead on all performance management and disciplinary action
  • Provide documentation for all labour-related matters
  • Ensure HR compliance and risk management
  • Lead on skills development and training strategy, implementation and reporting
  • Lead on HR programs including employee wellness programmes, benefits programs and compensation
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Partner with directors to implement organisational change , change management , restructuring
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect global presence
  • Manage global mobility programs
Requirements
  • HR Qualification or Bachelors Degree minimum
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD)
  • 5yr + experience working as an HR Manager
  • International HR experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , high Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Empathy and confidentiality
  • Organizational skills managing multiple HR functions and deadlines
  • Negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Team collaboration- the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and other departments.
  • Experience with HR analytics
  • Experience in a creative or cultural sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse environments
The proposed salary for the role is around R70k - R80k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
