Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and data-related challenges
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the Data Science team
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment
  • Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address client concerns effectively
Data Science and Technical Contributions:
  • Work on data-driven projects involving Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and advanced analytics
  • Conduct data analysis, build predictive models, and create data-driven solutions
  • Perform hands-on coding (Python, R, SQL, etc.) and data processing as needed
  • Contribute to model deployment, performance tuning, and automation processes
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation and best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization, feature engineering, and model development
  • Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Exposure to MLOps and model deployment is a plus
Soft Skills and Communication:
  • Proven ability to interact with clients, understand business problems, and propose solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
