Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of data analysis, from data extraction and cleansing to model development and implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliable.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to identify data opportunities that improve patient outcomes and optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee the development of real-time dashboards, reporting tools, and actionable insights to inform strategic healthcare decisions.
  • Stay updated on emerging healthcare trends, regulatory requirements, and innovations in data science to drive continuous improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience leading data science teams in a healthcare or health-tech setting.
  • Expertise in healthcare data, such as electronic health records (EHR), clinical trial data, medical imaging, or patient management systems.
  • Strong background in machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics, with the ability to apply these techniques to real-world healthcare challenges.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), and the ability to navigate complex data environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical healthcare professionals.
