ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and a committed individual who meets the following requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Office / Business Management.
  • At least three (3) years experience in Project Administration.
  • Project management / Financial management certification would be advantageous.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple changing demands.
  • Experience in managing or assisting in the management of complex projects.
  • Experience is managing or assisting in management of financial documents, including invoices, procurement documents, and project budget.
  • Experience in drafting procedures or processes for new units or teams would be an advantage.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication.

KEY PORTFOLIO AND PERFORMANCE FOCUS AREAS

  • Manage and assist the office of the Chairperson and the Panel for the Inquiry.
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Team.
  • Manage the record of the Inquiry, including the Case Management System.
  • Assist with the management and processing of the Inquiry budget and financial documents.
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Manage minutes of the Inquirys management meetings and any other key meetings.
  • Manage and arrange public hearings and other inquiry events.
  • Ensure the publication of relevant communications and documents, including the Inquiry reports and notices.

Closing Date: 2025 /FEBRUARY /28

Location: Pretoria, Central

Nature of work: (FTC) Ten (10) months from date of appointment.

Remuneration package: Grade 9 Package is R 599 446.32 per annum.
