he Marketing and Sales is responsible for driving occupancy levels for office spaces and managing bookings for the events venue. This role involves marketing, sales, and managing the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract tenants and event clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing plans for office spaces and the events venue, including digital and offline strategies.
Create and manage property and venue listings on relevant platforms (e.g., property portals, events directories, company website).
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop promotional materials for office letting and event offerings.
Organize open houses, venue tours, and promotional events to showcase spaces to prospective tenants and event organizers.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing strategies, making adjustments to optimize results.
Website and Social Media Management:
Update and maintain the company website with accurate, engaging content for office spaces and the events venue.
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
Develop targeted social media campaigns to promote office spaces, venue bookings, and events.
Monitor analytics for the website and social media, providing regular performance reports and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, SEO, and social media strategies to maximize visibility.
Sales and Tenant/Client Acquisition:
Respond to inquiries, schedule property and venue viewings, and provide personalized tours for potential tenants and clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential tenants and event clients through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Negotiate lease agreements and event contracts in alignment with company policies.
Prepare contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Maintain detailed records of tenant and client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Event Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure the venue meets their needs.
Coordinate with operations staff to ensure successful event execution, including setup and logistics.
Develop packages and pricing strategies to attract a diverse range of events, such as corporate meetings, weddings, and community events.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally to deliver a high-quality experience.
Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate trends, competitive properties, and events venues.
Identify target audiences for office spaces and venue bookings, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance pricing, marketing, and service offerings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, event clients, brokers, and real estate agents.
Address concerns or inquiries professionally and promptly, fostering long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Encourage lease renewals, repeat bookings, and referrals by maintaining excellent service standards.
