We're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands that exceptional creative isn't measured by awards - it's measured by business impact. The Role As Performance Creative Strategist, you'll own creative strategy end-to-end for a portfolio of clients. You're not only briefing designers or reviewing assets - you're the strategic architect ensuring every piece of creative compounds towards category ownership. You'll translate complex positioning into campaigns that make brands synonymous with problems they solve. What Success Looks Like Developing creative strategies that directly impact client revenue, profit, and market position Crafting briefs that white‑label partners and in‑house teams can execute without endless revision cycles Identifying creative patterns across channels (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, Discovery) that drive the 7‑11‑4 customer journey Turning brand positioning into tangible creative frameworks that guide quarterly campaign planning Using data to validate creative hypotheses and optimise rapidly based on performance signals You're the Right Fit If You: Think in systems, not campaigns. You understand how each creative execution should build upon previous work to create sustainable competitive advantages Bridge brand and performance naturally. You can articulate why strong brand equity drives down CAC and increases LTV, then demonstrate it in campaign data Own outcomes, not deliverables. If creative isn't performing, you're already testing the next hypothesis rather than defending the current approach Move with speed over perfection. You'd rather ship, learn, and optimise than debate internally for weeks Obsess over customer psychology. You understand how creative touchpoints across platforms guide customers from discovery through to purchase Communicate with clarity. Your briefs are detailed enough that execution partners succeed on the first attempt, not the fifth revision 3‑5+ years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing roles Proven track record developing creative that drove measurable business outcomes (revenue, ROAS, market share) Experience working across multiple channels and platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking that translated into effective creative execution Bonus Points For Experience in agency environments, particularly performance‑focused agencies Understanding of GCC market dynamics and cultural nuances Track record building creative frameworks and systems, not just individual campaigns Familiarity with category design principles and positioning frameworks Experience managing white‑label or outsourced creative partnerships What You'll Get Strategic autonomy: Direct client relationships and authority to make creative decisions that impact business outcomes World‑class systems: Proprietary frameworks, custom GPT tools, TIDAL Connect analytics platform, and comprehensive knowledge bases that amplify your strategic work Genuine learning: Work alongside strategists who've pioneered integrated brand‑performance approaches in the region Diverse portfolio: Clients spanning ecommerce, B2B SaaS, professional services, real estate, and more across multiple markets Career trajectory: Clear path to senior strategic leadership as the agency scales Competitive package: Salary commensurate with experience + performance bonuses tied to client outcomes Location & Structure Role with hybrid flexibility.
