Creative Strategist – DTC Health & Wellness Brand (Remote) We are a fast‑growing DTC company building and scaling multiple health and wellness brands. One of our core brands is in rapid growth mode, on track toward 7‑figure monthly revenue, driven by a deep focus on customer experience, creative excellence, and performance marketing. We create products that genuinely improve people’s lives, and we win long‑term by understanding what customers truly need, feel, and respond to. Now, we are looking for a Creative Strategist who cares about the same mission. Your Role As our Creative Strategist, you will lead the direction of our ad creatives, from concept and research to scripting and testing. You will play a core role in customer acquisition by designing ideas that convert, not just look good. You will dive into customer psychology, competitive research, and creative testing to develop angles, hooks, and visuals that drive measurable growth. We welcome remote applicants from any location, provided you can align at least 3–4 working hours daily with 10 AM GMT+2. What You’ll Do Own the creative strategy for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Conduct deep customer and competitor research (pain points, desires, objections, buying triggers) Write scroll‑stopping hooks, high‑converting scripts, and creative briefs for editors and UGC creators Lead and collaborate with video editors and designers by giving clear and actionable feedback Develop variations, test rapidly, analyze data, and iterate on winning concepts Build creatives tailored to every stage of the customer journey Stay updated on DTC industry trends, viral formats, and creative strategies that drive results What You Bring 3+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce (supplements, health or wellness preferred) A portfolio with proven performance metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, etc.) Strong copywriting and scripting skills (hooks, angles, storytelling) Deep understanding of customer psychology and direct‑response marketing Experience with paid social (Meta and TikTok Ads) and data‑driven decision‑making Ability to lead a creative team, brief clearly, give feedback, and ensure output matches strategy What You’ll Get Base salary: $2,400 to $4,000 per month (depending on experience) Uncapped performance bonus, with total compensation reaching $5,000 to $20,000+ per month High testing budget to validate and scale creative strategies Creative freedom; your ideas will be tested quickly and scaled if they work Work with a team that values speed, honesty, ownership, and results Only Apply If You have a track record of successful creatives with real performance results You think deeply about why people buy, not just how ads look You thrive in fast‑moving environments and love experimentation You want to build, test, and scale, not just follow instructions Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing, Advertising, and Art/Creative Industries Retail, Health and Personal Care Products #J-18808-Ljbffr
