  • Greeting customers and offering assistance
  • Facilitate and coordinate walk-in / incoming customers and stakeholders
  • Receipt checking while making a positive connection with customers.
  • Check receipts and its total numbers vs baskets, ensuring that all purchases are correct and accounted for
  • Prevent customers from being double charged or under charged and duplicate Items
  • Monitor sales floor and customer movements on the sales floor
  • Stocking merchandise when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with customers, and stakeholders, by providing accurate responses to customer questions
  • Support the sales team and other company personnel
  • Follow all company safety, security and housekeeping procedures.
  • Respect customers, company, property and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric essential.
  • At least 2 years customers service experience.
  • Client Servicing and understanding of security measures
  • Exposure to enquiries and difficult customers
  • Product Knowledge will be advantageous
  • Well-spoken and articulate in English. The ability to speak another South African language will be advantageous.
