This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, ensure market competitiveness, and enhance customer value through innovative capital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in capital equipment sales, portfolio management, and the healthcare industry, with a track record of success in driving revenue and market share.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Develop and implement strategy for the capital equipment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs, and regulatory requirements* Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital products, from market analysis and product development to commercialization and end-of-life management* Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and go-to-market strategies for capital equipment* Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth* Collaborate with Operations, Regulatory, and Service teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and post-market support* Drive portfolio profitability, forecasting, and P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and industry partners to strengthen market positioning.**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** University Bachelor's degree in a relevant field* English proficiency (both written and spoken)* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the medical devices industry, including at least 3 years in sales and capital equipment portfolio management* Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in team development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives* Strong technical and commercial acumen, including understanding of capital equipment technology, healthcare economics, and sales strategies* Proficiency in interpreting complex data, market research, and financial reports (P&L management) to support informed decision-making.**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
