ATM Monitoring Co‑Ordinator – Architectural Services Reporting to the ATM Operations Manager. This position is vacant at our Cape Town Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to work in the CIT ATM Division, to ensure an efficient flow of schedules, manage the uptime of our ATMs, issue confidential information, and track the fleet. Minimum Requirements Clear criminal record PSIRA accredited at least with Grade C At least 2 years’ control room experience in the security industry or a similar role where you have supervised or managed people/teams Computer literate (compulsory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Western Cape and surrounding areas for operational efficiency Job Specification Prepare for fleet departures of FLM teams Planning of the FLM schedules Tracking control Issuing of smart lock access where applicable Maintaining contact with all custodians/clients where applicable Ensuring we meet the uptime requirements as per client standards Maintaining all documentation and administration duties Constant communication with ATM manager for daily debriefing Ensure all risk and operational concerns are escalated immediately Logging of technical callouts where required Perform adhoc duties where applicable Providing reports/feedback to client and management where required Other Personality Attributes Must be honest and reliable Must be assertive Must be self‑motivated Quality assurance Willing to work overtime EEO Statement We reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
