We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow through on GRNs when stock arrives
  • Communicate with the production department to ensure seamless operations
  • Load bill of materials, manage stock write-offs, adjustments, and transfers
  • Open new stock codes, process cost changes, returns, reworks, and decanting
  • Invoice customers in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Matric certification is mandatory
  • At least 3 years of current work experience
  • Prior experience with Syspro is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory controls and management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
