Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track usage of supplies to ensure proper levels are maintained.
  • Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Receive and inspect all deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of inventory data.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
  • Train and supervise other crew members on proper inventory management procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or on a cruise ship is a plus.
