This intermediate-level role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of hands‑on Blue Prism experience, a relevant degree, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. You’ll work with minimal supervision, applying design thinking, agile principles, and business analysis to build scalable, sustainable solutions. Job Responsibilities With guidance of a senior, perform requirements analysis to understand, structure, organize, and specify the business need. Conduct process walkthrough sessions to ensure correct interpretation of the business need and to eliminate uncertainties. Seek guidance from a senior where needed. Head up requirements sign‑off session with business stakeholders. Seek guidance from a senior where needed. Apply design thinking skills, problem‑solving skills & out‑of‑the‑box thinking to define a dynamic, sustainable and reusable solution. Seek guidance from a senior where needed. Scrutinise the business need to identify additional opportunities to add business value. Run ideas past a senior before engaging stakeholders. Maintain the integrity of all current and future requirements for processes you are responsible for. Use visual diagrams to model scope, process flows, and dependencies. Write requirements using business language to align with stakeholder expectations. Write design using technical language to reflect how automation will satisfy the business need. Create all necessary artifacts and ensure sign‑offs are obtained. Seek guidance from a senior where needed. Develop according to RPA best practices and principles, within an agile framework. Deliver processes that are high in quality, adaptable, reusable, sustainable, dynamic, and stable. Test both positive and negative scenarios. Stress test to confirm high case volume handling. Seek development guidance when needed. Conduct peer code reviews and testing. Debug and fix running processes in your portfolio. Seek guidance when needed. Provide quality business support for processes your team is accountable for. Continuous awareness of your running processes to identify potential issues or enhancements.
