We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment within our facilities. This role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role.
  • Trade certification or relevant education in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
