Site Supervisor

Our clientin the energy sector is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team in theUpington in the Northern Cape. The purpose for this position is to supervise projectactivities on site. The duration of the project is for 3 months. Must be registeredwith SACPCMP andmust be available to start immediately. Dutiesand Responsibilities : Superviseand monitor subordinates and the Power StationReportingon all the logistics on where they need to services the sites.Overseeingthe projectCompeteRisk Assessment for work carries out on siteplianceto due date performanceCollectrelevant paper work (timesheets, invoices, etc) and submit to Project manager.Conduct(toolbox talks and monitor housekeeping)Reportingfigures on site.Personaltraining and developmentCreate aculture change through good IRResolveissues raised by employees on siteAttendtraining courses as requiredCommittedapproach to Safety, Health and Environmental requirements Carryout work as per the managementinstructionEnsure thatsubordinates perform their duties safelyPerformstoolbox talks with the employees, together with the Safety Officer inconducting incident investigationsAssist theSafety Officer in conduction incident investigationMinimumrequirement : Grade 12Certificatein supervisory or any relate qualification in management.3-5 yearsrelevant experience within the energy sector.Conflict managementGood communication and Interpersonal skillsReport writing skillsPlanning and coordinating skillsKnowledge of OHSA, BCEA, ISO Computer literacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
