Position: Cruise Activities Staff Location: International placement onboard a cruise ship About the Opportunity: Crew Life At Sea is currently recruiting Cruise Activities Staff on behalf of a leading cruise line partner. This exciting role is responsible for hosting and participating in shipboard recreational, entertainment, and social programs geared towards adults and families. Cruise Staff also serve as masters of ceremonies to motivate, inform, and entertain both small and large groups of guests throughout their cruise vacation. All placements are made directly with the cruise line Crew Life At Sea does not charge any recruitment or placement fees . Role Responsibilities: Host and participate in adult and family recreational programs and activities Serve as master of ceremonies for events including game shows, theme nights, loyalty events, pool activities, and sailaway parties Participate in Adventure Ocean and family programming such as talent shows, circus performances, face painting, balloon animals, and parades Take part in skits, dance routines, and entertainment shows as part of the Cruise Directors Division Assemble and disassemble activity props and equipment, returning items to storage after use Maintain inventory of prize lockers, office supplies, and consumable items, coordinating with stores for requisitions Greet and direct guests during embarkation, debarkation, and at ports of call Socialize with guests in public areas to enhance guest satisfaction in line with service standards Assist with cross-utilization duties such as spotlight operation, gangway duties, crowd control, and sports desk activities What You Can Expect: Competitive monthly salary paid in USD Contract length of approximately 29 weeks Accommodation and meals provided onboard Medical coverage during your contract Opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, multicultural entertainment team Training, rehearsals, and professional growth in a unique maritime environment Full support during onboarding, documentation, and travel arrangements Who Were Looking For: Prior experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or guest engagement roles Strong public speaking, hosting, and performance skills with confidence on a microphone Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for guest interaction and entertainment Ability to take part in skits, basic dance routines, and family programs Good organizational skills and ability to manage props, supplies, and activity logistics Team player with flexibility to support cross-departmental duties as required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus Important to Know: Selected candidates will be supported through the cruise lines onboarding, certification, and medical clearance process.
