REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric with relevant qualification would be an advantage
  • Must not be running your own business
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is an advantage
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe PDF, PowerApps, MS Planner and One Drive would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SARS E-filing and terminology such as EMP201, EMP501, ITSA, VAT201
  • Knowledge of CIPC and UIF will be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well under pressure and remains calm to meet deadlines
  • Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, without needing to be micro-managed
  • Ability to work in a quiet office environment with minimal interaction with people
  • Must have own reliable transport or live in the vicinity of Century City
  • Must be flexible with your hours and be willing to work overtime as and when needed.

DUTIES
  • Co-ordinate and schedule appointments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other enquiries
  • Maintain and organize our digital filing system
  • Provide all SARS and Accounting administrative tasks relating to tax compliancy
  • Consulting with clients and SARS
