Recruitment Consultant – Cape Town – Century City We are offering a Recruitment Consultant position based in Century City, Cape Town. The role pays a base salary of 50k – 60k Rand per month, with 12.5% commission on deals ranging from $25,000 – $100,000. Benefits include paid Uber home or secure parking, UK coverage hours (10 AM–20:15 PM SA time), 47.5 hours per week, and daily training. Weekly KPI bonus ranges from 2,500 – 10,000 Rand. The position is 100% in‑office, within a company of 30+ staff, and you will work alongside billers earning $500k – 1m annually.
