**Basic: R20,000 Per Month + Uncapped Commission (OTE R30,000+ Per Month)**

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team here at Kamro. Who are we? We are a UK based recruitment company, who provide an outsourced recruitment solution to our clients throughout the UK.

As we are a UK recruitment company, a working knowledge of the UK would be hugely beneficial, you must also have excellent communication skills.

The working hours are 8:30 - 5:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. All of our SA staff are currently working fully remote, however we are planning to open an office in Cape Town, so hybrid working will be available when that time arises.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and social individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment.
- You must have 2+ years experience as a recruitment consultant.
- You will need to come from an IT/Tech, Finance or Engineering background.
- You must be confident about Boolean searching and Linkedin searching.
- Highly competitive, ambitious and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment.
- Mature, confident, articulate and sociable.

**Duties**
- Managing the recruitment process by initially conducting a vacancy brief with your client to understand exactly what they’re looking for.
- Screen and pre-interview all applicants for suitability
- Managing the interview process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
