Salesperson - Automotive Parts (Wynberg, Sandton)

SUMMARY : Job purpose : To provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective Customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform. The Salesperson will assist the customer in understanding the products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications and or Experience : Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care / Sales Experienced with a number of systems Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re-work Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable) Computer literate Excellent telephone etiquette Own transport & valid driver’s license POSITION INFO : Kindly apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
