Oversee transfer pricing analysis and provide advice on new business ventures. Handle local and international tax audits. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting, including deferred tax. Stay updated on tax laws and adjust strategies to minimize future liabilities. Advise management on the tax impact of business decisions. Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, and auditors. Update tax policies and communicate changes to stakeholders. Manage and develop reporting staff. Undertake ad hoc projects as needed. Qualification, Skills and Competencies Required: CA(SA) or MCom in Taxation pref 9 years post-articles experience in tax Strong knowledge of Tax Accounting, IFRS and International Tax Problem solving skills and managerial experience.
