Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Offshore Oil Rig Welders to join our offshore operations team. The ideal candidates will be skilled welders with a strong background in welding and fabrication. This position requires the ability to work in physically demanding conditions, adhere to strict safety protocols, and collaborate effectively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on offshore oil rigs, platforms, and related structures.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Select appropriate welding techniques, materials, and equipment based on project specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with rig crew members, engineers, and supervisors to plan and execute welding projects.
- Assist with routine maintenance and repair activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Welding or equivalent certification preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding processes, including shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).
- Knowledge of welding procedures, techniques, and metallurgy.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding offshore conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
