Compiling PQRs and WPSs according to the Client's procedures and standards.

  • Qualifying welders according to the required procedure per project eg. ASME IX and/or
EN ISO.

  • Inspection on pipes during and after fitup checking dimensions. Inspection on pipes
during and after welding -checking for defects. Making sure pipes are placed for third

party inspection (Client Inspection)

  • Witnessing final sign off by the Client. Data book review
  • To implement the QMS of the company. Ensuring no delays in engineers sign off on
activities. Consulting engineers as well as administrate all correspondence

  • Quality documentation and contractual management to be a priority throughout the
project scope, which will include a well-constructed Quality file. Data packs

  • Read drawing and advise on technical works
  • Ensure that the project teams adhere to these standards
