Introduction Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full HR function within a unionised environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR administration and management expertise, a solid understanding of labour legislation, and proven experience operating at a senior level. This role requires a hands-on professional with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive HR strategy and compliance within a dynamic operational setting. Desired Experience Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in a unionised environment (preferably within the transport or motor industry), of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity Strong HR administration and management experience is essential Candidates with a background primarily in Industrial Relations (IR) or Labour Relations (LR) will not be considered Valid Code 08 (EB) driver's licence Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced level) Experience with computerised HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems Sound knowledge of labour legislation and Main Agreements Qualifications QualificationsGrade 12 or equivalent qualification Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (an additional legal or financial qualification will be advantageous) Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage Package & Remuneration RK – R1M #J-18808-Ljbffr
