Qualifications and Experience : Possession of a recognized Trade Test as, Electrician, Millwright, Fitter, with a recognized institution 3 years experience in maintenance planning within a high-speed manufacturing environment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Projects N6 / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (advantageous) Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and H&S teams to align maintenance activities with the factorys operational goals Prepare detailed work scope for each task Review completed work orders for quality and completion Raise Purchase Requisitions for Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Services, and Project departments. Coordinate procurement to source necessary materials, ensuring cost effectiveness. Track and report maintenance KPIs such as equipment availability, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance backlog Prepare monthly reports on maintenance performance, Establish targets for maintenance productivity and cost reduction #J-18808-Ljbffr
