This isn’t your average sales role—it’s for proven deal-makers who can strategize, build relationships, and close high-value deals for our clients. Key Responsibilities Execute advanced outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to target key decision-makers. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to drive strategic sales opportunities. Close high-value deals (no cap) in collaboration with client sales teams. Craft tailored outreach strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms. Deliver actionable insights and pipeline updates to clients via regular syncs or detailed reports. Meet and exceed ambitious quotas for meetings booked and deals closed. Adapt to client-specific sales processes and industries with agility and precision. Required Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on complex, high-value deals. Proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting or exceeding quotas. Expertise in prospecting and outreach using tools like LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo, or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—able to engage C-level executives. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger to excel in a fast-paced environment. Business-level English fluency (written and verbal) required. Experience in e-commerce, telecom, or SaaS sales is a plus. What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped performance incentives.
