Dermafrica is looking for an ambitious Medical Aesthetic Sales Representative to grow and manage a thriving client portfolio — and help shape the future of advanced skincare and medical device solutions in South Africa. What You'll Do Drive sales growth and consistently achieve (or exceed) targets. Grow and nurture an existing loyal client base while identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with training and marketing teams to deliver product knowledge, demonstrations, and onboarding support. Plan and execute strategic territory plans and sales projections. Build trusted partnerships with clinics and practitioners, becoming their go-to advisor. Represent Dermafrica at congresses, events, and promotional activities. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or medical device sales. Strong background in selling medical skincare brands and devices. Hands-on knowledge of chemical peels, microneedling, and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter mindset with the confidence to own and grow your territory. (A CIDESCO diploma in Somatology or Beauty Technology is highly advantageous.)
