Als Sous Chef bij George L.A. ben je de rechterhand van de chef. Bij afwezigheid van de chef ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke in de keuken en geef je leiding aan het keukenteam. Hier kan je jouw vaardigheden om aan te sturen en te coördineren inzetten. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige mise en place. Het waarborgen van de kwaliteit staat hierbij hoog op jouw lijst. Net als het naleven van HACCP-richtlijnen en het handhaven van een schone en hygiënische keuken . Jij bent lekker vlot, direct en enthousiast; Koken en goed eten zit in jouw DNA en je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Sous Chef of Chef de Partie ; Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en hebt geen probleem met werken in de avonduren of op weekenddagen; Je bent woonachtig in Laren of omgeving.
