Job Description

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Manufacturing/Stores Administration department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking & Loading of Stock: Accurately select and load stock from the warehouse to meet customer demands.
  • Packing of Stock in the Warehouse: Ensure all stock is properly packed and stored in a secure and organized manner.
  • Maintaining the Warehouse: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and housekeeping.
  • Assisting Clients: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing of Sales Orders: Effectively process sales orders from clients, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment.
  • Placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for necessary stock, managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Follow-up on GRNs and Discrepancies: Verify the arrival of stock and follow up on any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Adhoc Duties: Perform other tasks as required by the Office Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly Syspro.
  • Syspro Experience: Previous experience with Syspro would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of current work experience, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
