As Regional Head of Stockbroking, you’ll lead a high‑performing team, shape tactical strategy, and guide execution to deliver growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tactical strategy and delivery plans in alignment with overall business objectives. Budget & Performance: Draw up budgets, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances. Coaching & People Management: Actively mentor and lead teams, fostering personal growth and performance excellence. Operational Oversight: Set tactical goals and optimize resources (people, finances, technology) to achieve results. Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyse business information, identify trends, and provide insights for executive decision‑making. Client Acquisition & Growth: Define and drive customer acquisition and tactical sales strategies. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance, compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements. Thought Leadership: Provide subject‑matter expertise in stockbroking and portfolio management to clients and the business. Candidate Profile Relevant Degree with RE 5 & RE 1 certification. 5–8 years’ experience in an investment management environment, of which at least 2–3 years at management level. Proven background in stockbroking and portfolio management (preferred). Registered Stockbroker with SAIS. Strong leadership, client‑facing, and strategic execution skills.
