This is a hands‑on, strategic role where you’ll drive product planning, launch activities, and lifecycle management to support improved patient care. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies to support growth within the renal care market. Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase‑out, ensuring strong customer adoption and satisfaction. Lead product launches, including marketing initiatives, sales training, clinical evaluations, and customer education. Work closely with sales, finance, and cross‑functional teams to support pricing, positioning, and inventory planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards. Create product‑related training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Specialists. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in medical devices; renal care. Familiarity with regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
