About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Disputes Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an admitted attorney with strong expertise in handling SARS‑related tax disputes, providing client advisory services, and delivering exceptional drafting and negotiation support. This role is office‑based and requires a detail‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Represent and advise clients on SARS tax disputes and related matters. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and dispute submissions with precision. Provide comprehensive client advisory services on tax legislation and dispute resolution. Negotiate effectively with SARS and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant tax laws & regulations. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. Minimum Requirements Admitted Attorney. Minimum of 3 years experience in tax disputes. Proven track record of handling SARS disputes and tax litigation matters. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In‑depth knowledge of relevant tax legislation. Extensive experience in client engagement and advisory services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
