Global HR Business Partner Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Responsibilities Derive the HR roadmap from the tower's business needs and link it to the HR roadmap of the central HR function, keeping close contact with local HR teams and HR Projects. Handle topics such as customer negotiations, salary decisions, restructuring and organizational development. Support business transformation (including transfer assessment) and organizational change projects in connection with internal functions and external partners. Serve as the Business Unit's interface to the central and local recruiting organization, developing solutions for creative and cost-effective recruiting together with the Manager Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Coordinators. Coordinate international assignments within the Business Unit, including timely career and return planning. Prepare and present data, KPIs, reports and documents to support alignment between and/or decision making by HR and business leaders. Bundle the Tower's HR topics across countries and maintain close contact with respective local HRs and central HR departments develop creative and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Previous experience (or equivalent) as a global or local HR Business Partner in an operationally and customer-driven environment. Degree in HR, law or equivalent field, or broad work experience in operational HR and leadership consulting. High business acumen and IT affinity. Prior work experience in HR, Project Management, Consulting, or equivalent. Exceptional communication and networking skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.
