Job Description Reporting to the Senior Director, you will create impact within the Paid Social team, guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities include activation and optimization, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex accounts. Primary Responsibilities Manage and improve paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn Ensure accurate delivery of client budgets Independently complete daily tasks, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting Create professional client-facing documents highlighting performance insights Communicate with clients via written, phone, and in-person channels Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices Qualifications Demonstrated 2+ years expertise in paid social Knowledge and experience on paid social platforms Strong track record managing complex media budgets Immersed in customers’ expectations, preferences, and needs to deliver exceptional experiences Identify and define problems, ensuring clear understanding of the issue Anticipate future trends, changes, and challenges, staying ahead of potential impacts Note: We emphasise skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. Custom Work Environment: Work remotely up to 60% of days, flexible hours between 8am and 6:30pm.
