Job Description Manage and improve paid social campaigns inclusive of Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn. Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets. Independently complete daily tasks; including but not exclusive to campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting. Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and applicable performance insights. Work with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication. Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals. Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices. Qualifications Demonstrated 2+ years expertise in paid social. Knowledge and experience on paid social platforms. Strong track record of managing complex media budgets. Immerse yourself in customers' expectations, preferences, and need to deliver exceptional experiences. Identify and define problems, ensuring a clear understanding of the issue. Anticipate future trends, changes, and challenges, staying one step ahead of potential impacts. Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.
