Job Requirements:
  • Implement, measure and maintaining of export audit standards, including GlobalG. A. P standard
  • Manage farm compliance orchard inspections and residue tests
  • Ensure product complies to export quality standards
  • Extensive understanding of the portfolio of fruit quality
  • Manage all market registration; including special markets and verifications
  • Compile quality reports: Receive, analyse and summarise quality control information
  • Record keeping of relevant documentation
  • Capturing information, communicate and follow up on outcomes

Experience:
  • Minimum of two years experience
  • Pack house quality experience
  • Export audit standards experience, including Global Gap

Further requirements:
  • Languages: English & Afrikaans
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Valid RSA drivers license
  • AVCASA (CropLife South Africa ) will be an advantage
  • Computer literate MS Word, Excel, Email
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and able to follow up and give feedback
  • Liaise with the responsible person
