About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team As a key player in our business intelligence function, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI . Your work will empower stakeholders by providing accurate, data-driven decision-making tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI .
  • Create automated reports to streamline data delivery and ensure timely insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualisation needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Utilise SQL for database querying, data extraction, and transformation.
  • Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Translate complex data into clear and compelling visual stories .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data reporting and visualisation.
  • Automate manual reports that integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Stay up to date with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL .
  • Currently working as a Power BI Developer .
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering .
  • Ability to handle large datasets and conduct in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BI, report development, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in SQL for querying and data management.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI
  • Strong understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) .
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
