Team Leader Debtors (Fixed Term Contract for 6 months) Direct message the job poster from Pharmacy Direct The Team Leader Debtors job role position is to supervise the Pharmacy Direct Debtors Team function, to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts, support team members, transferring of skills on the system and improve overall debt management processes. Position Specific Outputs Fin admin distribution via email requests from patients Daily Indicator reporting Daily check and allocation of FINADMIN IMAP Checking and monitoring of the Team response time and performance Tracking employee attendance records including vacation time and sick leave Monitor team and calculation of KPI for monthly incentives Monitoring of ACP and ACQ response times and patient query escalations. Posting and reconciliation of Scheme payment remittances Written and verbal communication between Finance department and other departments. Critical-thinking skills to flag potential issues and report them. Monthly reporting on Ageing and financial reports Handover of arrears account management adhered to and inform of possible changes required Record-keeping skills to ensure employee preferences are updated regularly to prevent conflicts Team building to maintain amicable relationships with employees and management personnel to better handle staff concerns Project management Monthly Staff account deduction preparations Qualification and Experience +-5 years’ experience Grade 12 Equivalent Related Tertiary Qualification Accounting knowledge Knowledge & Skills Knowledge in Debtor function and processes Banking processes Reporting and Excel skills Personal management The shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached.
