Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Regional Controller oversees the financial operations of the company. Further, you will supervise the accounting team and support strategic decision-making that contributes to the overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations Manage month-end/year-end close processes, audit preparation, and financial reporting Oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accurate transactions and reconciliations Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Lead budgeting and forecasting, providing financial analysis and insights Ensure accurate tax filings and support team development and cross-functional projects Qualifications and Experience: CA(SA) with 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in financial reporting, audits, and accounting operations. Skilled in accounting principles, financial regulations, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
