Uphold kitchen standards, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output during peak service times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza making. Skilled in hand-stretching dough and working with high-hydration doughs. Experience operating wood-fired or stone pizza ovens. Strong knowledge of Italian pizza-making traditions and ingredients. Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen. Commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency.
