Job Summary Dynamic and commercially astute Senior Product Manager accountable for the product design, development and management of the SME transactional product portfolio. Enable the fulfillment and implementation of the value propositions and ongoing enhancements. Job Description Solid understanding of Transaction Banking income statements and drivers of adoption and growth. Facilitate root cause analysis and determine actions to protect and grow revenue lines. Understanding of cost drivers in the value chain with emphasis on reducing cost to serve. Lead end-to-end design and development of SME transactional banking products aligned with strategic objectives. Drive innovation around the product development and management cycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Prepare business cases for new product developments, enhancements and new capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product value propositions seamlessly integrate into segment and sector value propositions. Manage roll out of new products and product enhancements, including updates and change of product and process documentation. Manage product rationalisation and simplification initiatives to create a concise product portfolio. Education and Experience Required Minimum B‑degree (NQF level 7). Desired Post Graduate Degree (NQF 8+). 5‑10 years banking experience with focus on business clients. 5‑10 years experience in banking products. Experience specifically relating to the transactional portfolio and value chain preferred. Education Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
