Senior Manager, Product Control, Transaction Banking Job Overview Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street Oversee the product control team and perform independent verification of reconciliations and substantiation of the balance sheet and income statement for assigned areas. Manage and influence internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve required outcomes and inform decision-making. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Membership: CA (SA) Experience Required 3-5 years experience in developing and maintaining a high-performing team by providing support, guidance, and training, and effectively managing poor performance and ensuring succession planning. 5-10 years experience in developing and updating the financial control framework and supporting processes and procedures to ensure an adequate control and governance environment, risk mitigation, and corrective measures. Oversee and manage the external audit process and maintain contact with auditors to ensure governance and compliance of CIB. 5-10 years experience and in-depth knowledge of Finance Operations principles, core products, and business lines. Ability to use judgment to resolve complex or escalated problems. Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience and engage in strategic conversations with key stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
