Minimum of 10 years' experience in investment management, private equity, or investment banking, with a focus on client engagement and deal‑making. At least 5 years' experience in a general management or senior leadership role, responsible for driving business strategy and managing the income statement. Demonstrable understanding of business and economic drivers, with established networks within banking, corporate, and government sectors. Proven experience (3 years) engaging at a strategic level (Board or Executive Committee) and driving business development.
