The successful candidate will be an integral part of a collaborative team that values precision, accountability, and creative problem-solving. We are seeking a dedicated architectural professional with a minimum of five years of experience in the architectural field. This role is open to candidates with a strong background as a draftsman, architectural technologist, or architect. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, and experienced in managing multiple client projects, particularly within the retail sector. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Autodesk AutoCAD. Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple retail and commercial projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with the National Building Regulations (SANS) and coordinate with local building councils for plan submissions and approvals. Address compliance-related issues and assist in resolving queries from municipal departments. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing progress updates and maintaining strong communication. Maintain organized project administration, including digital records, correspondence, and schedules. Desired Experience & Qualification 5 years of relevant architectural experience (draftsman, technologist, or architect level). Proven proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (Revit experience beneficial). Strong understanding of building council processes and regulatory compliance in South Africa. Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits and meetings. Must be based in Rosebank.
