Duties & Responsibilities Preparation and management of external audits across the Group Statutory records of all group entities (CIPC) Maintaining accounting records and recordkeeping of Group entities Preparation of annual financial statements of all Group entities Performing consolidation and preparation of consolidated annual financial statements Monthly consolidation of entities for group reporting purposes Ensure timely and accurate daily cashflow requirements and cashflow reports Adhere to timely treasury investment instructions Monthly reporting of operating costs Compliance with tax legislation and SARS compliance, including PAYE, VAT and Income Tax for Group entities Preparation and distribution of monthly management accounts of subsidiary companies Preparation of annual budgets for subsidiary companies Implement, enforce and adhere to adequate and strong internal financial controls Ensure that all corporate compliance within finance environment is adhered to Desired Experience & Qualification Accounting Degree Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles Must have strong consolidations experience Insurance experience would be an advantage SAP experience would be an advantage IFRS 17 knowledge and experience would be an advantage Package & Remuneration Market related. #J-18808-Ljbffr
