Main Responsibilities : Supervise Floor Assistants and Sales Assistants to ensure all sales orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time Oversee order preparation, checking, and quality control to maintain product freshness and customer satisfaction Coordinate daily floor activities and manage workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order preparation Implement and maintain effective measures to minimize stock losses Conduct regular stock control checks and reconcile variances Ensure cleanliness and general housekeeping standards are upheld on the trading floor Motivate and guide team members to perform effectively under pressure Assist with mushroom sales, including handling customer calls, taking orders, and following up on queries Liaise with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operational coordination Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards of accountability Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Competencies : Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Tertiary qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) in a relevant field advantageous Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse, fresh produce, or logistics environment Proven supervisory experience in a wholesale & retail or warehouse setting (essential) Strong knowledge of order preparation, order checking, and quality control processes Experience managing teams and maintaining operational discipline Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Basic sales and customer service experience advantageous Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable with a strong work ethic Own reliable transport (essential) Forklift operator license advantageous Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups #J-18808-Ljbffr
