We are looking for both Junior and Senior Retail Store Floor Managers with hands-on experience in retail or hospitality environments and working knowledge of Arch Retail Software. These positions are ideal for dynamic, service-oriented individuals who thrive in structured yet fast-paced environments. The ideal candidates must demonstrate leadership ability, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage staff and operations effectively while maintaining a high standard of store presentation and compliance.

The Floor Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient stock control, and the smooth running of sales operations. Duties include supervising sales staff, motivating the team to meet targets, resolving customer queries and complaints, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring product availability. The Senior Floor Manager will take additional responsibility for shift scheduling, performance management, overseeing cash-up procedures, and acting as the direct support to the Store Manager.

Candidates must be proficient in Arch Retail Software and able to perform system-based tasks such as stock movement tracking, sales reporting, pricing adjustments, GRV processing, and assisting with promotions and markdowns. Both roles require an ability to analyse sales trends and stock turnover, monitor floor activity, manage housekeeping, and enforce compliance with health and safety policies.

Applicants from either retail or hospitality backgrounds are welcome, provided they bring a strong customer-facing skill set, attention to operational detail, and the ability to lead by example on the floor. Junior Floor Managers will ideally have some supervisory experience and a strong desire to grow, while Senior candidates must be confident decision-makers with proven experience in team leadership, store operations, and accountability.
