Emirates Engineering is a cutting-edge aircraft maintenance facility, GCAA CAR V approved, supporting Emirates’ vast Airbus and Boeing fleet and thirty other airlines through third-party contracts. Our highly qualified team excels in maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics, setting industry standards with an unwavering commitment to safety and excellence. Responsibilities Perform structural repairs, replacements, and modifications on aircraft fuselage, wings, flight controls, and other structural assemblies. Inspect and assess aircraft structures for damage, corrosion, fatigue, and wear. Interpret and follow engineering drawings, technical manuals, and Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs). Fabricate, fit, and install structural parts using sheet metal and composite materials. Operate tools and equipment such as riveters, drills, shears, brakes, and grinders safely and efficiently. Document all maintenance actions accurately in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and other technicians to complete work within set timelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Report discrepancies and potential safety issues to supervisory staff promptly.
