The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team achieves consistent performance in client acquisition and account growth. Desired Experience & Qualification Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the recruitment sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement strategies to generate new client leads and job orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs. Train, mentor, and monitor sales and recruitment staff to enhance performance and professionalism. Oversee daily sales activities and ensure effective follow-up with potential and existing clients. Report on sales performance, pipelines, and conversion rates to management. Collaborate with the recruitment department to align sales efforts with client requirements. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance. Target-driven, disciplined, and highly organized. Professional, client-focused, and confident in presenting solutions.
