Responsibilities Develop exciting marketing experiences that tell compelling stories, connecting with customers and raising awareness. Lead brainstorms and conceptualisation Lead the craft and art direction of an idea across multiple channels Provide a clear, focused creative vision to both internal and external partners, refining and improving continuously. Manage external partners to create effective solutions across platforms, tailoring content for each channel. Inspire and uplift internal teams and external partners (e.g., META, TikTok) to ensure campaigns shine with creativity and innovation. Direct the creation of diverse creative assets, from key art to trailers, encompassing brand-building and direct response ads through our tech tools. Collaborate with the Creative Operations Director to establish and maintain our Tech Stack, ensuring its adoption and consistency across our client portfolio.
